We strive to provide a high level of customer satisfaction to all our customers. We handle our small customers in the same manner we handle our large customers. At RISCO we do not have minimum order quantities. If you need only one part or one box of adhesive we will process your order in a timely manner.
We realize the products we supply are integral to the manufacturing process. Our goal is to ship all orders within 24 hours. If necessary our staff will personally deliver product within hours if requested to keep your manufacturing lines up and running.
Our in house factory trained technicians are capable of service and repairing any of the equipment we supply. We are approved for factory warranty work on any of the equipment we supply. You will receive an estimate of the repair and a detailed explanation of the steps required in order to repair your equipment
